In myprevious videos, I have shared that some patients have their nearsightedness get worse still after 50s. It was rarer before COVID. 

However, after COVID, many things have changed. COVID-19 is not just a respiratory disease, it’s also a neurological disease that can cause visual changes (Read here). The nearsightedness can still get worse. There are many other things happening too, including more allergy, inflammation and others happening.
